We empower and equip people by positioning them to achieve their full potential. We do this by using coaching techniques and tools to help people become more aware of how their own thoughts, views, and experiences affect their relationships at work and home. We do this in either a corporate or personal setting.
Helping people recognize and promote their own strengths and improve weaknesses can be used to build others and in doing so ensures the success of an organization. Organizations are made up of people and leaders must know how to build people. We believe that if a vine is to bear fruit, it must be watered, cultivated, fertilized and pruned. People must also be cultivated if they are to bear fruit.
To maximize personal responsibility, accountability, genuine caring and connection to other people, a person must first look at self. One of the tools that we use to accomplish this is Dr. John Travis’ 12 Dimensions of Wellness as seen in The Wellness Inventory.
